Border Sauce: Fire / ...Tails

As with packet 7, the "Pun packet," this sauce packet writer is, disappointingly, encouraging consumers to improperly dispose of the packet. As I shouldn't need to remind Taco Bell, this is not a misdemeanor that your average taco bell consumer needs any further prompting to commit. Further, the SPW is encouraging consumers to use the packet to settle some type of a bet. Here the writer has again chosen to break with the first person "packet voice" (the declaration of "tails" is of course, not often uttered by the coin), instead providing the consumer with suggested dialog for use during a betting transaction.
